主要调查山东省普通高校大学生体育锻炼意外伤害事件现状,并探讨学生对体育锻炼安全的认知,研究结果如下:不同性别、是否受伤学生对于自我认知、场地器材设备、体育教学风险因子的认知,统计学上没有显著性差异;不同身份的学生,对于自我认知、体育教学风险因子的认知,统计结果没有显著性差异,但对于场地器材设备风险因子的认知,统计结果有显著性差异。研究者依据统计结果分析,代表队学生因为需要练习以及参加比赛,使用场地器材设备频繁,相对受伤几率较多,因此对场地器材设备的安全需求较为注意。因此我们提出建议,对大学生体育锻炼安全做有效的管理与控制,减少学生运动伤害意外事件的发生。

The paper investigated the sports injury during physical exercise activities in ordinary colleges,and evaluated the understanding of physical activities safety in the eyes of students.It found that no statistical significant difference was observed for risk factor of self understanding,sports field and equipment,physical exercise teaching for the subgroups of different sex and injury experience.No statistical significant difference was observed for risk factor of self understanding and physical exercise teaching for the students with different background.While statistical significance was observed for risk factor of sport field and equipment for students with different backgrounds.Based on the statistics,the researchers made analysis and found that the student players in the college team needed exercises and participate in competitions,and they had higher risks due to frequent use of field and equipment.Therefore they are more cautious about the safety of field and equipment.The paper made recommendations based upon this study that we shall implement effective security management and control for physical exercise activities in ordinary colleges so as to reduce the occurrence of injury of the students during physical activities.
