Analysis on Take-off Techniques of Triple Jump Athletes in the Track and Field World Championships in Berlin

三级跳远技术结构是一个不可分割的整体,其技术环节存在不可颠倒性。就三跳而言,三次起跳技术相互关联并直接决定了最后的总成绩,所以对三级跳远技术的深入研究是充分、合理发挥人体潜能的条件,也是人们对三级跳远技术的认识不断完善的一个过程。通过对世界顶尖级运动员三次起跳技术分析,揭示近年高水平运动员起跳技术现状和特点,为我国运动员改进技术找出差距原因,提高起跳效果提供参考依据。

The techniques of triple jump are indivisible and irreversible.The study of the interrelated techniques of the three take-offs that determine the final results is not only a precondition of bringing athletes＇ potential into full play reasonably,but also a process of deepening the understanding of the techniques.This study,based on the performance of the top eight athletes in the triple jump final of 2009 Berlin World Champions,unfolds the status quo and characteristics of top-level athletes＇ take-off techniques and provides a reference for narrowing the gap between the techniques of athletes at home and abroad and improving take-off performance of domestic athletes.
