摘要
运动队的管理是竞技体育工作永恒的主题。信任,因其普遍性和重要性,既是多学科关注的热点,也是运动队管理者必须重视的问题。本文从信任理论相关研究成果出发,结合国家短道速滑队的管理实践,对理论成果予以实证性的检验和思考。研究认为,信任是塑造高绩效运动队的必要条件,信任可以通过具体的管理举措来培育和强化。实证资料就此给出了有价值的建议,如:共同的使命、关心的态度、公正的处事、程序化的参赛等。
The management of sports team is an eternal theme of competitive sports.Since its universality and importance,trust matters are key issues that the team manager should take seriously.On the basis of latest theory of trust and the analysis of the management experience of the national short track speed skating team,this article focused on the empirical research of trust matters.Studies suggest that trust is the necessary condition for building the high performance team,and trust can be cultivated and strengthened by specific management measures.Empirical materials provide us with valuable suggestions,such as concerted mission,mutual concern,fair play and procedural participation of competition,ect.
