摘要
目的观察650nm激光与磁疗照射神阙及周围穴位预防和治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法波长650nm半导体激光5个矩阵排列光源,中心激光源呈乳头状突起,上、中、下3个激光管上安装有异名极排列的永磁磁环,磁场强度(100±30)mT。30例按《中药(新药)临床研究指导原则》原发性痛经评分标准评价,重度17例,平均分值13.60分;中度13例,平均分值10.98分。结果 30例患者经3个疗程治疗(随访5个月)痊愈7例占23.34%,显效17例占56.67%,有效3例占10.0%,无效3例占10.0%。显效率80.0%,总有效率90.00%。临床验证过程中未发现不良反应。结论 650nm激光与磁疗同步照射神阙及周围穴位,为原发性痛经的预防和治疗提供了一种新的技术和方法,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe clinical effect of irradiation with semiconductor laser combined with magnetic therapy on shenque acupiont and its surrounding points for primary dysmenorrhea. Methods There were five matrix arrays light sources with 650nm wavelength semiconductor laser. The central laser source was papillary projection. Permanent magnet rings with magnetic intensity (100 ± 30)mT were fixed on the above,middle and lower laser tubes in unlike pole arrangement. Thirty patients of primary dysmenorrhea were evaluated by "Guiding principle of clinical research in traditional Chinese drug (new drug)". Seventeen patients were severe whose average score was 13.6 and other 13patients were moderate whose average score was 10.98. Results All 30 patients were completed 3 courses of treatment with 5 months follow - up. The cure rate was 23.34 % (7 patients). The remarkable efficiency rate was 56.67% ( 17 patients). The efficiency rate was 10 % ( 3 patients). The inefficiency rate was 10 % (3 patients). The total remarkable efficiency rate was 80%. The total efficiency rate was 90%. There was no adverse reaction during the observation. Conclusion It is a new technologic method to prevent and treat primary dysmenorrhea by irradiation on the shenque acupiont and its surrounding points using 650nm wavelength semiconductor laser combined with magnetic therapy.
