摘要
本文总结了对邯钢热轧生产线精轧摩根润滑系统压力控制和温度控制方式进行改进和优化的经验。通过对原来的摩根轴承润滑系统压力和温度控制不理想进行改进,从根本上解决了轧钢过程中压力和温度波动过大的问题。
This thesis summarized the experience of the pressure and temperature control method improvement and optimization of Morgoil bearing lubricating system in the Hot Strip Mill rolling line.By improving the control pattern,the problem of the fluctuation of pressure and temperature during the rolling process was essentially solved,which satisfied the production requirement.
