埃索美拉唑三联疗法治疗胃溃疡临床效果观察

Clinical observation of esomeprazole triple therapy in treatment of gastric ulcer

目的观察埃索美拉唑三联疗法治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法胃溃疡患者70例随机分为研究组和对照组各35例。研究组患者给予埃索美拉唑+阿莫西林克拉维酸+替硝唑三联疗法治疗,对照组给予奥美拉唑+阿莫西林克拉维酸+替硝唑三联疗法治疗。治疗3周后观察比较2组的溃疡愈合及Hp根除情况。结果研究组溃疡总愈合率及Hp根除率分别为94.3%、94.3%高于对照组的77.1%、80.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论埃索美拉唑三联疗法治疗胃溃疡时效果显著,不良反应较少,适合在临床实践中广泛应用。

Objective To explore the effect of esomeprazole triple therapy of gastric ulcer.Methods 70 cases of gastric ulcer were randomly divided into study group and control group with35 patients in each.The study group was treated with esomeprazole triple therapy,while the control group was treated with omeprazole triple therapy（pull the Ogilvy Mather yl ＋ amoxicillin clavulanic acid ＋ tinidazole）,3 weeks after treatment ulcer healing and Hp eradication situation in the two groups were observed and compared.Results Hp eradication rate and ulcer healing rates in the study group and control group of patients with were 94.2%,77.1% and 94.2%,80.0%,there were significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion Esomeprazole triple therapy in treatment of gastric ulcer is effective with fewer adverse reactions,and can be used widely in clinical practice.
