角蛋白14和19在寻常型银屑病皮损中表达的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨角蛋白14(K14)和角蛋白19(K19)在寻常型银屑病的作用机制。方法用免疫组化法检测30例寻常型银屑病患者皮损区、银屑病未受累皮肤及10例正常人皮肤组织的K14、K19的表达情况。结果正常人皮肤组织中,K19主要表达基底层,基底上层几乎不表达;在银屑病未受累皮肤K19表达减弱;在银屑病皮损区,全层均无K19的表达。K14在正常人皮肤组织中主要表达于基底层;在银屑病未受累皮肤、银屑病皮损区,K14表达增强,呈全层表达。结论 K19在银屑病发病中起一定的作用,它的低表达也意味着角化过程普遍受损,K14表达水平反映了角质形成细胞在分化过程中存在异常角化。 Objective To discuss the pathogenesis of K14(keratin14),K19(keratin19)in the lesions of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 30 lesions of psoriasis were used as the researched object.Specimens taken from cetral psoriatic lesion,the normal skin 5cm away from the lesion and 10 the nomal persons epidermis.The expression level of K14 and K19 were detected by immunohistochemistry methods.Results In normal skin tissues,the stain of K19 was located in the basal layer of epidermis,no expression in suprabasal layers;In uninvolved tissues of psoraisis,the expression of keratin19 were obviously decreased compared with the normal controls;there was no K19 in the psoraisis of the lesions.The stain of K14 was located in the basal layer of epidermis in normal skin tissues;in uninvolved tissues and in the central part of psoriatic epidermis was focal overepression in the full thickness.Conclusion K19 might play a role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis,and the low expression of K19 in psoriatic patients suggests that the process of keratinization is generally impaired.The expression level of K14 may reflect the over-proliferation of keratinocytes in psoriasis.
