复方木尼孜其颗粒联合四环素治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of compound Muniziqi granules in combination with tetracycline in the treatment of acne vulgaris

目的观察复方木尼孜其颗粒联合四环素治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法 85例患者随机分为治疗组43例和对照组42例,对照组仅给予四环素治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用复方木尼孜其颗粒。2组疗程均为6周。观察比较2组治疗后第2、4、6周临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组治疗后第2、4、6周总有效率分别为88.37%、90.70%、95.35%,高于对照组的69.05%、71.43%、78.57%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未见严重不良反应。结论复方木尼孜其颗粒联合四环素治疗寻常型痤疮疗效满意,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Muniziqi Granules combined with tetracycline in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods A total of 85 patients diagnosed with acne vulgaris are randomly divided into two groups.43 patients in the treatment group received Compound Muniziqi Granules in combination with tetracycline while the 42 patients in control received tetracycline alone.Results 2,4 and 4 weeks after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 88.37%,90.70%,and 95.35% respectively,while 69.05%,71.43% and 78.57% in control group.The difference in total effective rate was statistically significant（P0.05）.There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion The combination of Compound Muniziqi Granules and tetracycline is effective in treating acne vulgaris and there is no apparent adverse effect.
