摘要
目的比较无痛胃镜和常规胃镜检查的优缺点。方法选择在我院胃镜中心行无痛胃镜(S组)及常规胃镜(C组)检查的患者各120例,比较两组检查操作时间、患者满意度、医生操作的顺利程度及检查成功率。结果和C组比较,S组操作时间明显缩短(P<0.05),患者满意度明显增加(P<0.01),检查时中止操作的次数明显减少(P<0.01),检查成功率明显增高(P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义。结论无痛胃镜具有患者耐受性好、医生操作顺利、检查成功率高等优点,不良反应少见,是一项有效及安全的检查方法。
Objective To compare outcomes of sedated gastroscopy and conventional gastroscopy for patients with gastroenterologic disease in our hospital. Methods 240 patients who underwent sedated gastroscopy were assigned to Group S, another 120 patients who underwent conventional gastroscopy were assigned to Group C. The data of operation time, comfortableness,incessantness in operation and success rate between the two groups were and analysed. Results The average operation time was longer in group C than in group S (P〈0.05). Significant differences were also noted in the comfortableness, incessantness in operation and success rate between the two groups (P〈0.01). Conclusion Sedated gastrocopy is a effective and safe examination method for patients with gastroenterologic disease.
