Lack of Scientificity of Evaluation Indicators for Local Government Anti-corruption and Its Countermeasures

地方政府廉政建设评价指标筛选的科学性不足表现为主客观指标畸轻畸重、贪大求全、投入导向、数据处理标准化和重要指标遗漏。要提高指标筛选的科学性,必须平衡使用主客观指标,坚持结果导向,筛选关键指标,并运用数据挖掘的筛选方法。

Lack of scientificity of evaluation indicators for local government anti-corruption is reflected in five aspects: one-sided emphasis on subjective or objective indicators,pursuit of too comprehensive indicators,input orientation,standardization of data processing and ignorance of vital indicators.In order to improve the scientificity of indicator selection,four things should be realized: the balance between subjective and objective indicators,persistence on the result oriented principle,selecting of vital indicators and the application of data-mining.
