缺氧诱导因子-1α及转录因子Snail与直肠癌侵袭转移及预后的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨缺氧诱导因子(HIF)一lot与转录因子Snail在直肠癌中的表达及其侵袭转移的关系并评估预后。方法采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测87例直肠癌组织中HIF.1ot与Snail的表达,分析两者在不同的临床病理分期与分化程度的直肠癌中的表达及其与预后的关系。结果免疫组织化学检测结果显示直肠癌组织中HIF.10t、Snail的阳性表达率分别为58.6%(51/87)、71.3%(62/87),HIF-lot与Snail的表达与直肠癌的Dukes分期、远处转移及生存率有关(P〈0.05)。HIF一1d与Snail的表达呈显著正相关(P〈0.05)。结论HIF一1α、Snail蛋白的高表达可能是促进直肠癌侵袭转移的重要生物学标志。 Objective To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor (HIF)-lot and Snail proteins in rectal cancer and their significance in metastasis and prognosis. Methods The expression of HIF-lct and Snail proteins was detected by using immunohistochemical SABC method in 87 cases of rec- tal cancer tissues. Results The positive rate of HIF-lot and Snail in rectal cancer was 58.6% (51/87) and 71.3% (62/87) respectively. The expression of HIF-1 ct and Snail was significantly related with the Dukes' stage and distal metastasis and the survival rate of rectal cancer (P 〈 O. 05 ). HIF-lct expression had a significantly positive correlation with Snail expression (P 〈 O. 05). Conclusion The overexpression of HIF-lct and Snail might be an important biological marker for invasion and metastasis and prognosis of rectal cancer.
