摘要
某减震器集团有限公司的钢件镀铬过程中产生大量漂洗废水,总量约为300 t/d,主要污染物为Cr(Ⅵ)及Fe、Zn、Mn等金属离子。该企业原采用化学沉淀法对废水进行处理,但难以满足日益提高的废水处理要求,需进行工程改造。以离子交换技术为核心,灵活转换树脂类型,在较低的成本下使废水处理出水达到企业生产标准要求,实现了废水回用;成功回收了铬酸溶液,经浓缩后回用到生产线上,为企业节约了生产成本。
A great deal of rinsing wastewater is produced in the process of electroplating of steel workpiece at a shock absorber group company. Its total quantity is about 300 t/d,and the main pollutants of the wastewater are Cr(Ⅵ),Fe2+,Zn2+,Mn2+. Precipitation process was used for this wastewater treatment in the enterprise. However,that process was difficult to meet the increasingly higher requirements of wastewater treatment at present,therefore,must be reformed. In this engineering practice,different ion exchange resins have been used properly for the wastewater treatment, and the effluent can meet the water quality standard with lower cost,realizing the reuse of wastewater and the recovery of chromic acid solution successfully. After the solution is concentrated,it can be reused in production,and save operating cost for the enterprise.
