我国机械制造业产业安全评价模型初探

本文在结合我国机械制造业的发展现状,根据我国机械制造业的自身特点,将产业安全的一般性规律与我国机械制造业的特殊性相结合,抓住其在外资并购中的主要矛盾,提出以我国机械制造业的产业竞争力、产业控制力、产业环境和产业对外依存度等四项因素为评价指标,基于此四大指标,构建出在外资并购下我国机械制造业的产业安全评价模型,以此量化评价我国机械制造业的产业安全。这一模型既可用于微观的对单个机械制造业进行产业安全评价也可以对机械制造业的某一个细分行业或者是某一地区的机械制业进行产业安全的评价。

Based on the machinery characteristics and former research, the article proposes the four facts for the evaluation of the ma-chinery manufacturing industry security, which are the environment of machinery manufacturing industry development, the industry competi-tiveness, and industrial holding Capacity, the dependence rate on foreign force. And furthermore the article founds a industry security assess-merit system based on the four evaluation facts by which the machinery industry security can be assessed. The evaluation system is useful not only to the single machinery, manufacture security, but also to any sub-sectors of machinery industrial security evaluation.
