摘要
为了适应当前煤矿井下对钻机高可靠性和低能耗的需求,研制了一种小型胶套式液压卡盘。从小型化、可靠性、节能等方面,侧重地介绍了卡盘的结构和工作原理,并进行了理论分析计算。
In order to adapt to the high reliability and low power consumption required by underground coal mine,a kind of small hydraulic sleeve chuck was developed.This paper emphatically introduced structure and working principle of the chuck from miniaturization,reliability,energy-save and other aspects.The theoretical analysis and calculation were also included.
