摘要
带式输送机启动特性对驱动电机、输送带选取非常重要,为了研究带式输送机启动阶段的动态特性,应用多体动力学分析软件RecurDyn建立了带式输送机的模型。分析启动速度曲线,得出启动时尾部滚筒会滞后于驱动滚筒一段时间。启动时间为8 s时,输送带最大张力为32 845 N,滞后启动结束时刻3.5 s;启动时间为12 s时,输送带最大张力为31 843 N,滞后启动结束时刻1.5 s。因此延长启动时间可以减小输送带的动张力和缩小动张力的滞后。
Dynamic characteristic startup phase of belt conveyor is very important to drive electromotor and choose belt.This paper apply the multi-body dynamic analysis software RecurDyn to establish model of belt conveyor to research dynamic characteristic startup phase of belt conveyor.Start speed curve is analysised,this paper summariz at startup will be delayed rear pulley period of time in the drive pulley.Start time for the 8 s,the tape is 32 845 N.Maximum tension and start the end of the lag time of 3.5 s.Start time for the 12 s,the tape is 31 843 N.Maximum tension and start the end of the lag time of 1.5 s.Therefore,start-up time can be reduced to extend the dynamic tension of belt dynamic tension and reduced the lag.
