摘要
针对高水基液压凿岩机的冲击过程,建立了高水基液压凿岩机实体模型,通过ANSYS对缸套进行了静力学分析,并利用ADAMS对凿岩机进行了动态性能分析,所得结论对于高水基液压凿岩机的合理设计、整机设计的稳定性等具有重要的指导意义。
Aiming at the the impact process of high water-based hydraulic rock drill,this paper mainly established a solid model of the virtual prototype of rock drill.The static analysis of cylinder was carried out by ANSYS,and the dynamic performance of rock drilling machine was analysed by ADAMS.Conclusion for the rational design or the whole design of the stability of high-water-based hydraulic rock drill has important guiding significance.
