摘要
介绍了螺旋槽成型加工的原理和方法,并以Pro/Engineer软件应用为例,利用实体建模的方法,创建了螺旋槽成型加工的精确仿真模型,给出了成型加工仿真的具体方法和步骤。为利用通用CAD软件简单实现螺旋面成型加工仿真提供了一种有效的方法。
The principle and method of the spiral fluting forming machining are introduced.Take the software Pro/Engineer application as an example,the precise 3D simulation model for the spiral fluting forming machining is created by means of solid modeling,the method and procedure of the solid modeling are illuminated also.A new effective method is provided with the general CAD software to simulate spiral fluting forming machining.
