摘要
离散式高强输送带断带抓捕器,断带时不能有效地捕捉,不能满足安全需求。分析了带式输送机断带的多种原因,同时为防止高强输送带断带造成危害,对现有带式输送机用断带抓捕器进行改造,以适应安全运行,并对其原理、特点及其使用情况进行介绍。
When belt is broken,the discrete type high strength belt with big dip cut trap can＇t catch it effectively,so paper analyzes several reasons why belt broken,and in order to prevent harm from belt broken,we will transform exsiting big dip cut trap which used for belt conveyor to adapt to safety operation,and introduced principle,characteristics and use of it.
