摘要
介绍了螺栓联接常用的防松方法及原理,重点介绍了一种新型的防松垫圈,并通过振动测试台对该防松垫圈及几种常用防松方法的防松特性和预紧力特性进行了测试对比。实验结果表明该新型垫圈防松效果好、联接可靠。
The paper introduces a new type anti-loosing washer after brief description of some anti-loosing methods and corresponding principles generally used in bolt fastening.The property of anti-loosing and pre-tightening is tested by vibration test workbench.The result of experiment shows that the new type anti-loosing washer has a good property of anti-loosing and fastening reliability.
