摘要 在实际工程中,利用光电编码器进行电机测速易受干扰,造成速度不稳、不准,给电机控制系统带来缺陷。故在TMS320F2812平台及M/T法的基础上,对干扰分析后给出相应的程序改进方法,使测速更加稳定、精准。最后将测得的转速及其他相关数据通过DSP2812与组态王的通信在PC上显示,便于用户实时观测电机状态。 In the practical engineering,the use of photoelectric encoder motor speed traps are susceptible to interference,as into instability,not speed motor control system,to bring defects.So in TMS320F2812 platform and M/T method,and on the basis of analysis on interference after the corresponding process improvement method,speed is more stable,accurate.Last of measured speed and other relevant data through the DSP2812 and configuration of the Kingview in the PC display,communication is convenient for the user to real time observation motor state.
