基于振动的滚动轴承故障诊断技术研究 被引量:13

摘要 从振动信号处理角度阐述了滚动轴承故障诊断的诊断流程,总结了时域分析、频域分析(包括倒频谱分析、包络分析和谱峭度法)、小波分析、循环平稳信号分析4种主流的滚动轴承故障特征信号提取处理方法最新研究进展。并在此基础上,进一步指出了该技术的发展方向。 Fault diagnosis process of rolling element bearing was stated based on vibrarion analysis.The aim of this review is to provide an up-to-date summary of recent advances in field of feature extraction method in rolling element bearing fault diagnosis,which involves time domain analysis,spectral analysis(including cepstrum,envelope analysis and spectral kurtosis),wavelet analysis and cyclostationary signals analysis.On this basis,this paper also discussed developing direction of this technology.
