摘要
为了实现对笼型异步电机转子断条故障的有效诊断,设计了一套基于LabVIEW的转子断条故障诊断系统。针对笼型异步电机的定子侧电流信号,采用自适应陷波器对该信号进行陷波处理,以消除工频分量对断条故障特征分量的干扰,然后在快速傅里叶变换频谱上,实现对断条故障的识别。实验证明,该系统能够对断条信号进行有效的识别。
In order to achieve fault diagnosis of broken rotor bar of squirrel-cage induction motor,the paper designs fault diagnosis system of broken rotor based on LabVIEW.The stator current signal of squirrel-cage induction motor was used to detect feature of broken rotor bar.The adaptive notch filter was used to deal subsidence with broken rotor bar signal based on LabVIEW.It can eliminate interference from power frequency component to frequency component of broken rotor bar and achieve precise identification to frequency component of broken rotor bar in FFT spectrum.Experiments show that system can effectively detect fault diagnosis of broken rotor bar of squirrel-cage induction motor.
