摘要 近年来在高等教育大众化的背景下,教育的质量成为公众关注的热点。而保证高等教育质量的关键因素——教师发展却往往被忽视。本文针对我国大学教师发展中存在的问题,对美国大学教师发展的经验加以借鉴,为我国大学教师教学发展提供一些思路。 In recent years,with the expansion of the scale of our colleges and universities,teaching quality issues of widespread concern.But as the key to improving the quality of teaching,teacher development has still not taken seriously enough.In this paper,American experience provides some ideas to us in the development of university teachers.
