The traditional education always only focuses on the theory and fails to develop the students＇ practical ability and com-prehensive ability.The new cultivation,based on ＂Three Competitions＂ and ＂One Project＂,is structured in the mode of dividing the second class of the 4 years in campus into ＂Four Stages＂.It can bring new vigor and vitality into the pedagogical reforms and be an effective way to develop the spirit of innovation,the practical ability and the comprehensive ability of the students who are major in mechanics.
