浅析高校教师如何有效提高大学生体育文化素养

Analysis of how University Teachers Effectively Improve the Cultural Quality of Students

培养学生的体育文化素养不仅是我国实施素质教育的重要内容,同时也是培养我国21世纪新型体育人才的基本途径。对于高等院校来说,加强对学生体育文化素养的培养对于学生的全面发展、培养创新力等方面均具有重要的作用。本文从体育教师的职业道德和素养入手,结合体育教学分析了培养高等院校学生体育文化素养的必要性,并对有效提高大学生体育文化素养提出几点思考。

Sports and cultural qualities of students in China is not only an important part of quality education,but also the basic way to develop new sports talents in China in the 21st century.For institutions of higher learning is to enhance students＇ cultural awareness training for sports-round development of students,foster innovation,etc.all have an important role.In this paper,physi-cal education teachers of professional ethics and quality,combining analysis of the training colleges of physical education students need sports and cultural qualities,and puts forward some thinking on improving students＇ sports and cultural qualities.
