摘要
教师是课程的实施者和影响者,随着教育观念的进步,教育改革的深入,教师角色发生变化,从以前的"主演者"到"幕后者"导演的作用,宏观上把握教学,激发学生对学习的兴趣,对知识的渴望;引导学生提高认知能力,在实践中更好的认识事物的本质,从而使得学生知识不断的更新和能力不断的发展。角色的变化使得教师教学有"瓶颈",解决能力瓶颈问题是本文的重点。
Teachers,curriculum implementers and influencers,the concept of progress with the education,education reform,tea-cher's role changes from the previous "star " to "those behind" the director's role in macro-grasp teaching to inspire students interest in learning,thirst for knowledge;guide students to improve cognitive ability,in practice,a better understanding of the nature of things,making the students' knowledge and ability to constantly update the constant development.The changing role of teachers in making teaching a "bottleneck." Ability to solve the bottleneck problem is the focus of this article.
