课程资源的开发利用问题是课程改革所面临的崭新课题,思想政治学科由于其独特性质,使得它拥有极为丰富的课程资源,但是由于对课程资源的内涵和价值认识不够,思想政治课程资源开发的主体、实施空间、资源内容等方面都存在着问题,使得思想政治课程资源不能得到有效的开发利用。为此,必须确立开发利用思想政治课程资源的新理念,积极探讨开发利用的方法途径。

The problem of the development and use of teaching resources is a new course that the teaching reform faces.Ideolog-ical and political education major teaching is rich in teaching resources,owing to its unique quality.There are however some prob-lems of the development and uses of it because people cannot know about the intention and the value of the resources.On the basis of analysis on the recent situation of ideological and political lessons,this essay talks about the new ideas of the development and use of teaching resources of ideological and political education major and how to use them.
