电子商务专业教学改革试点工作应依托学院和社会办学优势,以电子商务相关岗位(群)的岗位职业要求,融入电子商务师(三级)、网店运营专才等职业资格标准,优化课程体系,更新教学内容,积极探索"校中厂"和"厂中校",以校内生产性实训基地和校外实习基地为依托进行工学结合人才培养模式改革。本文主要探索了如何培养符合行业企业技能和素质需求的高技能高素质电子商务人才。

E-commerce professional teaching reform should rely on community colleges and educational advantages to e-com-merce-related positions（group） posts job requirements,integration of e-commerce division（three）,shop operations professionals and other professional qualifications standards,optimization programs system,update teaching content,and actively explore the ＂ school within a factory＂ and ＂factory school＂ to the school production of the training base and off-campus practice base as the basis for combining learning with training Mode.This paper explores how to develop enterprise skills and meet industry demand for high-skilled high-quality e-commerce personnel.
