高校学生党建积分制管理初探

College Students' Party Points System Management

高校党组织承担着选拔优秀人才加入中国共产党党组织的光荣使命,如何履行好这一使命,客观、公正、公开地做好学生党建工作,发展好、培养好入党积极分子和党员是高校学生党建所面临的现实挑战。本文尝试将积分制管理引入到学生党建,探索一条定量化的党建之路,作为现行党建工作的有益补充。

College party bears the selection of talented people to join the glorious mission of the Chinese Communist Party,how to fulfill this mission,objective,impartial and open to students doing work of party building,develop,cultivate a good party activists and party members are College Students Party challenges facing the reality.This paper attempts to manage the introduction of the points system to Student Party,Party to explore a quantitative way,as a useful complement to the existing party-building work.
