摘要
公安院校是公安教育和培训的主要承载者,提高教育教学质量是其永恒的主题。教学管理队伍的专业素养是影响教育教学质量的重要因素,但目前公安院校教学管理者的发展还存在困境:发展主体性的缺失、专业素养的缺乏、科学合理评价机制的欠缺,为此,要发挥教学管理者主观能动性、优化教学管理者发展环境等策略,多方共同努力,促进公安院校教学管理者和诣发展。
Public education and public security institutions are the main carrier of training,to improve education quality is the eter-nal theme.Teaching professionalism of the management team of education is an important factor in the quality of teaching,but the development of public security institutions,educational administrators,there are still difficulties: the lack of development of sub-jectivity,the lack of professionalism,lack of scientific and rational evaluation mechanisms to this end,initiative to play educational administrators,educational administrators to optimize the development of environmental policy,multilateral efforts to promote the teaching of public security institutions and harmonization of development managers.
