目的:探讨现代新形势下图书管理人员应具备的素质。方法:针对国内图书管理人员现阶段普遍存在的素质问题,以及现代化图书馆管理工作的实际需要,列举出新时期图书管理人员应具备的素质。结果:图书管理人员只有具备文化素质、信息素质、心理素质、政治思想素质、语言素质等,才能更好的从事本职工作。结论:在新的形势下,提高图书管理人员应具备的素质,是满足现代图书馆发展需求的基础条件,必须引起全社会的高度重视。

Objective： The discussion modern library under the new situation the management personnel should possess the quality.Methods： For the domestic management personnel present common quality problem,and modern library management work of the actual need,list of new books management personnel should have period of quality.Results： The books management personnel,only to have the cultural quality,information quality,psychological quality,political and ideological quality,language quality,can better engaged in work.Conclusion： In the new situation,improving the management personnel should possess the quality,is to meet the modern library development needs of the fundamental conditions,must cause the attention of the whole society.
