Nowadays cultivating innovative talents is an urgent task in the educational circles.The learning and training in the col-lege plays an important role in the formation of innovation psychological quality.This paper analyzes the concept and connotation of psychological resiliency,introduces the theory and practical value of six strategy psychological resiliency promotion program which is applied in college students innovation quality training system.
