摘要
法律的动态运行对道德的影响是不可避免也无法回避的,其可能产生的正效应与负效应结果却大相径庭。在当下法治建设的进程中应当尽量减少法律对道德的负效应,增加法律对道德的正效应。通过良好的法治建设同时促进社会整体道德建设。
Law of dynamic operation on the moral influence is inevitable also cannot evasive,the possible positive effects and negative effects can be quite different results.In the present construction of rule of law in the process of law to morality should minimize the negative effect,increase the positive effects of law on moral.Through good legal construction and promote the whole society and moral construction.
