村民自治推动了我国民主政治建设的步伐,加强了广大农民的主人翁意识与政治参与意识,目前我国村民自治存在一些问题,主要表现为村党支部与村委会之间存在矛盾冲突、村民自治的监督体系不健全、乡镇政府干预过多。对此,论文从规范"两委"间的关系、健全村民自治的监督体系、转变乡镇政府职能等方面提出了相应的对策建议。
