建立学校与政府间无缝对接，实现教与学之间的立体互动——对南京工业大学公共事业管理专业公共政策分析课程建设的几点建议

公共政策分析课程是公共管理类核心课程之一，本文对公共政策分析课程的框架设计、教学思路、课堂创新等方面做了总结和分析，从师资培养角度应建立学校和政府之间立体化合作以实现两者无缝对接、从教学效果角度应尝试案例分析和角色扮演方法以实现师生间深度互动，以期短期内提高公共政策的校内教学效果、长期看更好地培养学生未来公共政策分析的实际动手操作能力。
