摘要
本文主要介绍为加强食品专业实践教学改革,推进实践教学模式的创新,高校食品科学与工程专业实践创新能力培养与高校后勤服务教育体系的教育功能和其社会经济属性充分结合的优势、必要性和方式方法。
This paper describes the practice of teaching to enhance food professional reform, promote the practice of teaching innovation, university food science and engineering professional practice to develop innovative education system and university support services and the educational function of their soclo-economic advantages of fully integrated property, necessity and ways.
