摘要
学生学习活动及其效果是不仅由跟智力因素有关,同时也和非智力因素有着密切的联系。一个人是否能成材非智力因素起绝对作用,非智力因素对于智力因素的发展起着重要的作用。在教学中我们通常只重视智力因素的培养开发,而忽略非智力因素的作用和培养。所以我在教学中从激发学习动机、培养学习兴趣、磨练意志等方面来调动和培养学生的非智力因素。使学生积极主动的投身到学习中,从而顺利完成教学任务,提高教学质量。
Learning activities and their effect not only affected by factors like intelligence, but also, are closely linked with nonintellectual factors. Whether a person can become useful from the absolute role of non-intellectual factors, non-intellectual factors for the development of mental factors play an important role. In teaching, we usually attach importance to development of intellectual factors, and ignore the role of non-intelligence factors and training. So I was excited to learn from teaching motivation, develop interest in learning, temper, etc. to mobilize the will and the students of non-intellectual factors, to enable students to plunge into active learning, arid thus the successful completion of the task of teaching, improving teaching quality.
