面对现在严峻的形式，要想上好体育课，提高教学质量，必须实施“兴趣”教育。必须提高自身素质，寻找教与学的最佳结合点，发挥学生为主体，教师为主导的作用。能调动学生积极性的老师是受学生欢迎的好老师，只要能使学生从枯燥乏味的困境中摆脱出来，在欢悦愉快的状态下培养他们的学习兴趣，陶冶他们的情操。使教学变得有趣、有乐。就能提高教学质量，使学生能主动地发展自己，搞好我们的体育教学。
