“一切为了孩子”是所有公办、民办幼儿因的服务宗旨，现在许多幼儿园面对的就是生源的竞争，服务态度、特色教学、品牌宣传的竞争都影响着每间幼儿园的生源。《幼儿园教育指导纲要》的第三部分第一条就提出了“幼儿园的教育是为所有在因幼儿的健康成长服务的，要为每一个儿童，包括有特殊需要的儿童提供积极的支持和帮助”。可见“为幼儿服务”在我们工作中的必要性。
