The County Sustainable Development and Scientific Planning

通过大量的实践总结县(市)域人地系统规划调控五种基本模式,指出实现区域经济、社会、资源、环境快速、有序、协调、持续发展,必须应用可持续发展战略理念,通过科学规划,明确发展方向、目标、特色和重点,因县制宜制订相应的发展模式、方案、机制和策略对策,强调地理科学要重视县(市)微观区域发展研究与规划。

In the paper, we conclude the five modes of man-land system planning control in the county. Then it points out that the county scientific planning must use the sustainable developing idea, gives the developing direction, goal, feature and key point, and draw up the developing mode, project, mechanism and policy depending on the local conditions of the different county. The conclusion is the geography science must give too much emphasis on the micro-regional developing research and plan, specially in the county.
