摘要
碳纤维混凝土具有一定的应力-应变-电阻变化即压敏性,可利用其压敏性和周围混凝土基体材料良好的相容性,将碳纤维水泥基材料作为一种应力传感器埋入城市道路的双黄线下,利用相应的报警装置对压双黄线违章行为进行实时监测。研究了龄期、测量方法的选取、测量电压的选取、湿度的变化、导电组分的选取和载荷等对碳纤维水泥基复合材料电阻率影响的规律。利用本设计的系统可以实现对压双黄线车辆的实时监控,克服现有设备及方法上的缺点并减少工作人员的工作量,从而起到良好的道路安全监测作用。
The carbon fiber concrete has good pressure-sensitivity and compatibility with the surroundings and can be used as a sensor in the double yellow line monitoring system.Combined with other electric appliances,this system can monitor the traffic violation effectively.The influence of the hydration time,the measurement method,the selected voltage,the change of humidity,the electric ingredients and the load on the electrical resistivity are studied.The smart control system using carbon fiber concrete as the intelligent sensor can record the illegal drive automatically,overcome the shortcoming of the present methods and reduce the workload effectively.It will play a good role in the road safety monitoring.
