基于频率寻优的路面透水混凝土关键因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 分析了试验材料、搅拌工艺、成型方式、养护形式、测试方法等试验方法对路用透水混凝土抗压强度和透水系数的影响。选择合理的试验方法,采用3水平均匀试验,基于方差分析并进行F检验,研究了骨料粒径、骨灰比和水灰比等关键因素对透水性混凝土抗压强度和透水系数的影响规律,并利用频率分析对试验结果进行寻优。研究表明:透水性混凝土的强度和透水系数具有较好的指数关系,骨料粒径、骨灰比和水灰比是影响抗压强度和透水系数的关键因素,均达到显著及以上水平;当水灰比、骨灰比和骨料粒径分别为0.306~0.312 mm、4.20~4.309 mm和8.65~14.935 mm,可配制出28 d抗压强度为30.0~32.0 MPa、透水系数为10.5~12.5 mm/s的路用透水混凝土,能满足一般路面排水和强度要求。 Effects of experimental method such as experimental material,mixing process,formation way,curing form,testing method on compressive strength and permeation coefficient of pervious concrete were analyzed in detail.By selecting rational experimental method and adopting uniformity experiment with 3 levels,the law of effects from key factor such as aggregate diameter(x3),ratio of aggregate to cement(x2),ratio of water to cement(x1) on compressive strength and permeation coefficient of pervious concrete was studied in accordance with F-test by variance analysis,so that optimization of experimental result can be determined based on frequency analysis.The research shows:there exists exponential relation between compressive strength and permeation coefficient of pervious concrete,x1,x2 and x3 are key factors which influence compressive strength and permeation coefficient,and reach significant or above level;when x1,x2 and x3 are 0.306 4~0.312 3 mm,4.20~4.308 5 mm and 8.65~14.935 mm respectively,we can obtain pervious concrete at 28 d with compressive strength of 30.0~32.0 MPa,permeation coefficient of 10.5~12.5 mm/s,which can satisfy drainage and strength of ordinary road surface.
