低碳经济时代的中国城市转型特征与规划措施分析

CITY TRANSITION AND PLANNING OF CHINA IN THE ERA OF A LOW- CARBON ECONOMY

笔者从国外低碳经济发展以及国内一些学者对低碳经济的认识开始，探讨低碳经济与低碳城市之间的关系，并通过对日本、英国、丹麦的低碳城市建设研究总结出低碳经济时代国外城市建设的共同经验，继而分析我国低碳经济时代城市转型的主要特征．笔者最后论述了低碳经济时代城市规划的应对措施：一要突出总体规划，二要深入专项规划．

This paper explores the relationship between a low - carbon economy and low - carbon cities based on the experience of developing a low - carbon economy in the foreign countries and on some Chinese scholars＇ understanding of a low - carbon economy. Then through studying the low - carbon city construction in Japan, UK and Denmark, this paper summarizes these countries＇ shared experience of city construction in a low - carbon economy, and then analyzes the main features of China＇ s urban transition in times of a low - carbon economy. At last, this paper discusses solutions for city planning in a low - carbon economy, that is, to highlight the overall planning and to analyze specific planning in depth.
