济南市商业街现状及存在问题分析

CURRENT SITUATION AND EXISTING PROBLEMS OF COMMERCIAL STREETS IN JINAN

济南市商业街发展历史悠久，既有古色古香的传统商业街，也有县备时代气息的新商业街，笔者围绕济南市比较著名的同时又各具特色的七条商业街进行分析，尤其是全国知名的泉城路商业街．笔者着重分析商业街的商业业态、消费客户群、区位、商业特色等方面．同时指出商业街在发展中存在的主要问题，如布局不合理、定位不准确、购物环境差、设施不完善等，并针对性地提出未来商业街发展的对策．

Commercial Street of Jinan has a long developing history. There are both antique streets, and streets with flavor of the times. This paper discusses about seven distinctive famous commercial streets around Jinan City, especially the well -known Quancheng Road. The Commercial Format, consumer customers, location, and business characteristics have been emphasized in this paper. It points out the main problems in the development of business street, such as unreasonable layout, inaccurate positioning, poor shopping environment, inadequate facilities etc. Countermeasures to future commercial street development are proposed.
