Hospital culture construction and management issues have been discussed. Based on the buildup of hospital cuture, key values can be established, hospital images can be created, and hospital brand can be forged. Hospital culture mangement can increase cohension, stimuate enthusiasm in work, and give full play to in- dividual＇s initiatives. Therefore, powerful resultant force can be formed, and coordinative abilities and advance- ment capabilities of the hospital can be elevated.
