摘要
目的:改善门诊就诊环境及就诊秩序,提高工作效率。方法:通过对某医院门诊应用电子叫号系统,在实际工作中的优缺点进行分析总结。结果:电子叫号系统的应用缩短了患者等候时间,规范了就诊流程,提高了护理服务质量和患者的满意度。结论:门诊应用电子叫号系统,适应医院信息化水平发展的需求,改善了服务质量和医院形象,使医院的就诊管理科学化、现代化。
Objective: To improve clinical environment and order,enhance efficiency.Method: We study advantages and disadvantages on the electronic calling system by applying it in our clinical departments.Result: The application of Electronic calling system can shorten patients' waiting time and Standard process of clinical work,so that it can enhance nursing service quality and satisfactory index of patients.Conclusion: The application of electronic calling system caters to the development needs of hospital information system,fully improve service quality and enhance hospital image,and promote a scientific and modern clinical management.
