人工股骨头置换术治疗老年不稳定型股骨转子间骨折

Treatment of unstable femoral interochaanteric fracture in elderly patients with artifical femoral head replacement

目的:探讨应用人工股骨头置换术治疗老年骨质疏松性不稳定型股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法:某医院采用人工股骨头置换术治疗老年骨质疏松性不稳定型股骨转子间骨折患者22例。分析其手术时间、术中出血量、围手术期并发症、Harris评分恢复情况。结果:术后随访14～25个月,平均18.7个月,手术时间97.4±13.3(min),出血量539.8±22.7(ml),术前Harris评分34.3±10.9,术后Harris评分94.8±7.7,术后深静脉血栓形成1例。结论:人工股骨头置换术是治疗老年性不稳定型股骨转子间骨折的一种有效方法。

To investigate the operative procedure and the therapeutic effects of unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients with in artificial femoral head replacement.Methods：22 elderly patients with unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated with artificial femoral head replacement with fixation of femoral greater trochanter and smaller trochanter in the help of bone cement.Results：The group were followed 4-25 months,Everage time 18.7 months.The operatic time 97.4±13.3 min.Bloody 539.8±22.7 ml,The Harris Were recovered from（34.3±10.9） to（94.8±7）.Conclusion：The aged patients with intertrochanteric fracture can get good result
