摘要
目的:探讨高血压性小脑出血的分型及手术治疗策略。方法:回顾性分析28例高血压性小脑出血患者的分型和治疗情况。结果:根据CT表现,中间型7例,外侧型19例,混合型2例。28例急诊手术,21例取得满意疗效。结论:高血压性小脑出血应根据血肿的分型、体积、是否侵犯邻近结构等综合评估手术适应证,早期、有效的后颅窝减压效果良好。
Objective： To explore hypertensive cerebellum hemorrhage classification and surgical treatment strategies.Method： Twenty-eight cases with hypertensive cerebellum hemorrhage classification and treatment were retrospective analyzed.Results：According to the CT showed,7 cases were middle-type,19 cases were outboard-type,the other 2 cases were mixed-type.28 cases were emergency operation,and 21 cases with satisfactory results.Conclusion： Hypertensive cerebellum hemorrhage shall be based on the hematoma of type of CT,volume,whether invade neighboring structure to evaluate operated indication,the early,effective posterior fossa reduced pressure is good
