跟骨钢板治疗移位关节内跟骨骨折

Treatment of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures with calcaneal plates

目的:探讨跟骨钢板治疗移位关节内跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:对13例15侧移位关节内跟骨骨折行切开复位跟骨钢板内固定治疗。结果:所有患者平均随访15个月,骨折全部愈合,按Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能,优11足,良2足,可1足,差1足,优良率87%。结论:跟骨钢板是治疗移位关节内跟骨骨折的一种较好方法。

Objective： To study the clinical effective on treatment of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures with calcaneal plates.Methods： 15 displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures in 13 patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with calcaneal plates.Results： We assessed the results at a mean follow-up of 15 months in all patients,all fractures healed without loss of initial reduction or collapse,there were 11 excellent results,2 good results,1 fair results,and 1 poor result when evaluated using Maryland Foot Score,the overall results were： excellent/good 87%.Conclusion： It is an effective way for treatment of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures by open reduction and internal fixation with calcaneal plates.
