局麻下无张力疝修补术35例分析

Tension-free hernioplasty of inguinal hernia under local anesthesia in 35 cases

目的:探讨局部麻醉在腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术中的应用。方法:对35例局部麻醉下行无张力疝修补术的腹股沟疝患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果:35例患者术中均能获得良好的麻醉效果,术后恢复快,费用低。32例患者获得随访,随访时间14～36个月,无复发。结论:局部麻醉下无张力疝修补手术治疗腹股沟疝是切实可行的。

Objection： To summarize the efficacy and benefit of tension-free hernioplasty under local anesthesia carried.Methods： The intraoperative and postoperative situation of tension-free hernioplasty under local anesthesia in 35 cases of inguinal hernia was analyzed retrospectively.Results：All 35cases had good anesthetic effect in the course of surgery,quick recovery after surgery and low cost.32 cases were followed up from 14 months to 36 months without recurrence.Conclusion：To treat in-guinal hernia by tension-free hernioplasty under local anesthesia is feasible.
